Job description :
We are currently recruiting for a Systems Administrator. Experience with Casper Suite, SCCM and Sophos EMC and endpoint administration to manage both infrastructure and client systems is a must.
• In depth understanding of Windows Operating and Mac OS X systems
• Maintaining and expanding/transforming a global SCCM/Casper infrastructure
• Good understanding of all operating systems their technologies and common integration between them
• Fastidious approach to desktop management, image building and application packaging to ensure reliability and minimize disruption to windows users.
• Good understanding administering and maintaining Sophos EMC in a global environment of over 24,000 endpoints/users on multiple domain structure.
• Ability to asses emerging issues, triage and escalate them to specialists as required
• Familiarity with media production environment and it’s requirements.
Job Requirements :
• MCSA Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
• JAMF CJA certification required with at least a years’ experience administering Casper.
• MCSA Server 2012 required with at least a years’ experience administering SCCM.
• Experience in administering Windows server, OSX Server, and Linux (ideally Ubuntu or Debian)
• Sophos Enterprise Management Console and Sophos endpoint administration experience
• Good understanding of OSX / JAMF scripting and automation technologies and approaches to automate tasks.
• Strong VIP supporting experience
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with diverse customers of varying levels of IT experience
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and coverage hours
• Strong service and customer ethic
• Conscientious and motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
